Terms & Conditions – Sampling, Orders & Returns

Custom Production Basis
RoundKnit Textiles is a made-to-order knitting company. All fabrics are produced exclusively against customer specifications, including yarn composition, GSM, width, color, and finishing. We operate on a made-to-order basis and do not keep pre-manufactured stock.

Sample Orders
In place of swatches, we offer a sample production order of 300 meters for customers wishing to evaluate fabric quality, performance, and feel before confirming larger quantities. This allows clients to assess the fabric in its true production form.

Quality Assurance & Lab Testing
Each production batch undergoes internal quality checks to maintain consistency. Additionally, independent third-party lab testing may be arranged upon request once the order lot is completed. The cost of such testing is borne by the customer.

Order Finality & Returns
All bulk purchases are final, as fabrics are produced exclusively on a custom basis. Customers are strongly encouraged to utilize our sample order facility and/or independent testing prior to bulk confirmation. Through this process, we confirm all specifications are fully met before moving into mass production.

Liability
RoundKnit Textiles ensures due diligence, quality control, and timely delivery in line with agreed specifications. Once fabric has been produced and shipped as per approved parameters, the transaction is considered final.

Return & Claims Policy

At RoundKnit Textiles, every fabric is custom-knit exclusively to client specifications. As bulk orders are custom-produced, they are final and only returnable if a major defect is found.

To safeguard client satisfaction, we provide the following:

Sample Production Order – Customers may request a 300-meter sample production order before confirming a full lot. This ensures accurate evaluation of fabric quality, color, texture, and performance before bulk manufacturing.
Third-Party Lab Testing – Independent lab testing may be arranged on completed lots at the client’s request and expense. This provides an additional layer of assurance on physical and chemical performance parameters.
Quality Review – Any concerns must be raised immediately upon receipt of the sample order or test results. Proceeding with a bulk order constitutes acceptance of all approved specifications.

Because each lot is made-to-order, claims for bulk quantities cannot be accommodated once production and dispatch are complete. This policy reflects both the nature of customized textile manufacturing and the logistical limitations of international fabric shipments.
